What I believe.
Five beliefs.
Deeply held.
Built from experience.

The human is never the edge case.
Technology should be designed around how people actually think, work, and make decisions — not the other way around. When AI treats the human as an afterthought, it fails. Every time.

Speed is not strategy.
The pressure to deploy AI fast is real. But organizations don't transform at the speed of a product launch. Sustainable AI adoption requires understanding, trust, and change — none of which can be rushed.

Output is not the same as value.
An AI that generates confident, fluent, wrong answers isn't intelligent — it's dangerous. The measure of AI isn't what it produces. It's what changes as a result.

Guardrails are not the enemy of progress.
Privacy, security, compliance, and ethical boundaries exist because humans get hurt when they're ignored. Responsible AI isn't a slower version of AI — it's the only version that survives.

Adoption is the real work.
Deploying AI is the easy part. Getting people to trust it, use it well, and change how they work because of it — that's where most AI investments succeed or fail. That's the end game.
